Disconnection for Non-Payment of Water Service Policy
- Once a water bill has reached sixty (60) days past the due date a seven (7) day notice will be posted at the service address and a phone call will be made to the phone number associated with the water service account to notify the resident that service will be disconnected if the bill is not paid in full or payment arrangements will have to be made to avoid service disconnection.
- If the resident wishes to enter into a payment arrangement schedule, the following shall apply:

1. The customer will have to sign the repayment schedule
2. The customer will have to remain up to date on their current bill in addition to the repayment amount/schedule agreed to.
3. The repayment period shall not exceed eight (8) months from the beginning of the repayment period.
4. If payment arrangements are not kept and/or the customer becomes past due on their current billing, a five (5) day notice will be posted at the service address and phone call will be made to the phone number associated with the account notifying the customer of disconnection due to non-payment.
5. If payments are not brought current within five days of the posting, then disconnection can occur.
